Liked: Family of four staying in the subterranean apartment. Spacious and well appointed. Took the bus from the Airport. Tram was a short walk away. Easy access to playground for kids. Front room a little dark.

Lovely stay with delicious breakfast

Liked: The hotel is located close to Rijksmuseum/ Van Gogh museum 10-12 minutes by walking. Nathalie (I hope I’m spelling it correctly!) was so helpful and friendly to us from checkin to checkout. The room was spacious, we stayed as 3 with our 4 year old and king size bed was comfortable for the three of us (we also had a small sofa bed which we used to place our stuff). The breakfast was freshly prepared, neat and delicious, the lounge area was small but perfectly enough. I love such boutique hotels with tasteful design. The amsterdam architecture overall has steep stairs but the hotel had an elevator so it was pretty convenient for us. Thank you for the lovely hospitality!
Disliked: We arrived in the evening so we didn’t recognize the heater was off. When we returned back to the hotel, the room was pretty cold. It took a few hours to heat up but then it was all fine. It’d be very helpful if you guys could turn the heater on before the guests check in :) I already gave this feedback during the checkout but wanted to make sure others don’t experience such thing.
