Disliked: The beer is a bit on the expensive side

Wouldnt recommend!

Liked: The only thing my partner and I liked was one staff member which was Holly F I think that served us in the restaurant her service was amazing hope she gets all the recognition because she deserves it!
Disliked: I Asked 3 different times to have room refreshed at reception they said it was going to be done and was never done as receptionist didnt communicate that to housekeeping Someone came into our room while we were sleeping at 11:00 at night and we were promised that it was going to be compensated to rectify that and nothing was done. Just wanted to say that hollie F service at dinner in the restaurant was amazing Someone knocked on the door and came in our room again at 8:00 when check out wasnt till 11 The food in the restaurant for dinner was awful, the chicken was overcooked and the steak I had to send back twice, it was tough and an awful cut of meat. The best thing about the food was the service by the waitresses.

Fabulous Breakfast!

Liked: I thought the main reception space was excellent with a lovely bar and restaurant boasting lush views of the golf course. The staff were excellent and very well turned out with a friendly demeaned and very approachable. I also loved the toiletries and have now purchased some myself. The room service was excellent and the good very good too, especially the BREAKFAST which I must say was excellent all round!
Disliked: I didnt like the fact the advert seemed ever so slightly misleading (granted I should have also read the small print). Obviously depending on the room value will also depend on where you stay. Which is either the estate hotel or the golf club hotel. To me it wasnt very obvious. Once I got over the embarrassment everything was ok! Haha Also the room was clean in the areas that you could see but behind cupboards and my hair dryer was very much in need of some TLC!
