Liked: The staff we had any dealings with were polite, engaging and responsive. They made us feel welcome. The breakfast had a great range. There was plenty of parking.
Disliked: The hotel was starting to feel a bit run down. A flashing light in the corridor was left. In the bedroom the shaver socket was broken. There was no literature in the room to explain the hotel and its facilities such as opening times for restaurant and pool, menus

Liked: Overall the hotel did the job, breakfast was nice.
Disliked: The TV was very poor, there was no smart features on the TV and I couldn't connect my laptop either.

Nice facilities and food

Liked: buffet breakfast, swimming pool and steam room
Disliked: room facilities were average, room a bit bland as were common areas, very corporate not public

Nice hotel, dated rooms, probably...

Liked: Beautiful grounds, staff were really good on the whole. Some very beautiful nice rooms in the "main hotel areas", lovely gym facilities
Disliked: Bedroom was very dated, marks on the carpet looked like someone had previously vomited on the floor by the bed! holes in the bedsheets & just generally old decor
