Liked: Nothing
Disliked: The front door and entrance room was not inviting, the door to the apartment had peeling paint. The whole property is in need of TLC. The wooden floor boards slid back and forth and there was missing skirting, there was a considerable amount of black mould on the ceiling of the bathroom. There was no bedside lamps. There was no tea or coffee provided - the very least that should be provided in a serviced apartment. The lady who met me was very lovely but brought the wrong key and I had to wait while she went to get another. In the morning I was told to call her to return the key but after waiting for her to reply to my text she told me to leave on the table. The apartment smelled strongly of curry. The toilet seat was not connected to the toilet.

Liked: LOCATION WAS GOOD BUT THE APARTMENT WAS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT TO THE PHOTOS.
Disliked: There was areas of mould. Furniture sparce and the block wasnt the nicest. Ive stayed in the town centre before and the apartment was much better.

Liked: Very easy and clear check-in procedure, we were even able to check in a little early, very clean and comfortable appartment with everything you'd need for a short break away. Would definitely go back again next time we are in the area.
Disliked: N/A

Bad

Liked: Booked to stay 2nights and was due to arrive and they cancelled last minute stating it wasn't ready to accommodate but offered no alternative
Disliked: Lack of empathy and professionalism

Apartment very tired

Liked: Good secure parking. Good communication.
Disliked: Windows broken so didnt shut, very cold and noisy. Hair in plugs. Cutlery draw wouldn't open. Cutlery dirty and not much of it, no tea spoons. Details says tea&coffee maker so didnt bother bringing any with us, however just a kettle.
