Very comfortable; chocolate fragrance diffusers in halls was so appropriate.
Liked: Receptionist very nice; location for Hershey Theatre was great.

Liked: Staff very friendly and informative to things we could do with our kids, from places to eat and attractions to see. Buffet breakfast was great. Hotel was very clean too!
Disliked: Did not have many TV channels, biggest being Disney and Nickelodeon.

Liked: Within walking distance of good restaurants and Hershey Theater.
Disliked: Booked a room with a king bed and when we arrived, they gave my room to someone else. The shower didn't work properly and it was noisy outside our window.

Very clean; close to Hershey Theater which is why we selected it. Price good. Breakfast very good. Plenty of parking. Front desk very helpful.

We chose this hotel because of it's location, which is great to Hershey activities. We didn't realize there was an underground garage next to the elevators. When we checked in they didn't say anything and we carried our luggage through the lobby, down the hall to the elevators. I would recommend that the staff at the desk mention that.
Liked: Convenient to Hershey Theatre; Staff very helpful in directions. The breakfast looked okay but we chose to go out for breakfast. We're not big carb eaters.
Disliked: Stains on the rugs.
