Never again

Liked: Location was good. There is nothing else to recommend this property.
Disliked: We paid for a king size room and we were given two full size beds. This hotel also does not have an elevator. So taking our things to the second floor was a challenge. Lastly the rooms are in desperate need of refurbish. There is poor water pressure for showers.

Liked: Was close to the location we needed to be at. Right off the interstate.
Disliked: We got there and checked in and everything seemed fine older hotel but clean. Rented a king suite for the hot tub in the bathroom. We went to start the tub and no hot water. Called down to the front desk she told me all the hot water was out on that floor hold on she would see what she could do. After holding the phone for 10 minutes I walked down to the front desk. She wasn't trying to fix my problem at all. Asked for a refund and she did give it to me but also said she thought it had been fixed. Seemed kind of shady to me.. wasn't impressed, but at least got a refund.

Good

Liked: The breakfast was fair. Waffles. Some juice, fresh fruit, yogurt would have been better.
Disliked: New management was very friendly but he was not familiar yet with where things were like the ice machine. We found it! We booked this location because it was convenient to where we wanted to stop in our travels and it was close to family that we could meet up with and visit.

Decent, would stay again

Disliked: Advertised breakfast and all they had was waffles.

Disliked: It was dirty and smelled so bad of cigarettes

Disliked: This is an honest review! Location was great with easy access to the interstate. The man or owner was extremely sweet, so they get lots of kudos for that. Other than that, this place is rough. The first room they booked me in had a huge tear/rip in the curtain and I asked to be moved because not only could you see in and out but I didn’t want to be charged for someone’s mistake. The owner kindly changed my room. The second room had paint falling from the ceiling and the windows hadn’t been cleaned. We saw no bugs, but the beds were extremely uncomfortable and the room needs lots of updating and cleaning. It appears that they only do the bare minimum. Breakfast was literally just a waffle. The soda and snack machines had signs saying out of order. They are trying to stay afloat I am sure, but it would make more money if it was updated and taken care of. We are just thankful for the stay, but wouldn’t book again.

Liked: The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Was able to add a night with no issues
Disliked: Breakfast was very small. Waffle, coffee, orange juice and apple juice was offered.
