We enjoyed our stay at...

Liked: Location was perfect for travel to waterfront. Rooms were decent and as requested.
Disliked: Room was not cleaned even after putting in a cleanup request on the day of arrival for the next day. Wish they could have attended this request on time.

Great place to stay for...

Liked: Comfort at its best, had a very nice view downtown and river. Located 8min. Away from victoria downtown. Close to all stores and restaurant.
Disliked: Other guest that doesnt respect the rules which is smoking in a shared balcony.

Liked: The hotel was Lovely, the Lobby and Staff were Beautiful and welcoming! My Room was great for a 2 day stay! My only issue was the quests upstairs. They were very loud until very late. It was upsetting but not the fault if the Hotel. I will definitely stay again in the Future! Thank you!

Disliked: Dated hotel facility, but very adequate for our stay.
