The pictures on the web site are not accurate at all - I wish I could post the ones I took. We paid for 3 nights and left after 3 hours - the last straw was pulling off one of the pillow cases and finding black mold on the pillow. We went to the front desk to ask for a refund and, of course, the clerk, who spoke passable English when we checked in, suddenly couldn't speak nor understand a single word of it to talk about a complaint/refund - do not book here!

Liked: Not a single thing.
Disliked: Roaches in the rooms - not one, many. The room numbers were written on the wall beside the door in black permanent marker; pool has no water in it with weeds growing inside; pictures are not accurate!

Definitely in better hands now!

Liked: The beds, the bathrooms the soaps and the massage chairs.
Disliked: The breakfast was a bowl of grits packages. Not even coffee or hot water nothing else

Liked: Then rooms have been upgraded since I last stayed there and are very nice compared to what they have been. It's definitely a lot cleaner and nicer. The shampoo, soap, and conditioner upgrades are really nice too. The gentleman at the desk in the daytime is always kind and helpful. The new cleaning ladies do a great job.
Disliked: The area where it is located, although convenient, is pretty dirty and there is a lot of sketchy people in the street

Disliked: There was a bug in the shower and rust on the shower, and no stoppers in the sink or shower

Disliked: Everything , the night staff was rude and the whole room was very dirty roaches was in the fridge bathroom was dirty tub was dirty sheets was not clean floor was filthy I can go on and on

Very disappointed.

Disliked: We checked in later in the evening. When I went in to take a shower the tub was disgusting. There were numerous globs of hair in the bottom of the tub and it was very very dirty. I went to the front desk and was told it was too late to change rooms and then no one could clean the bathroom until the morning.
