We didn't even end up staying the entire night because of fear of seeing a possible bed bug. The attendant was very rude - not a good experience at all and would like a refund.

Disliked: The room was a smoking room, however it was an overwhelming smoke smell - the cords of the appliances were yellow from staining of nicotine.

Disliked: There wasn’t a lot to choose from at breakfast there was only cereal and a waffle maker the waffles didn’t have any flavor

I would stay again if...

Liked: The area isn't great, but the room was nice, the bed was extremely comfortable. It was quiet and relaxing. I lost my power during the storm and it wasn't going to be restored for more than 48 hours. My father had passed away and I needed a place to rest, be able to take a shower and get ready for my father's funeral services. There was a staff member, Debra, she was awesome.
Disliked: The room needed to have the furniture moved so it could have a good vacuum cleaning, otherwise it was clean. The sheets were clean. It could have used an extra blanket in there. The water pressure in the shower wasn't great, but made do for a couple of days.

Disappointing Stay at Days Inn

Disliked: I recently stayed at the Days Inn and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon entering my room, I was greeted by a dirty environment, with noticeable dust and debris on the floors. To make matters worse, I found hair in the bed, which was absolutely unacceptable. I had to request a vacuum from the front desk and ended up cleaning the room myself, which is not what I expected during my stay. There were no other rooms available for me to switch to, leaving me feeling stuck in an unsatisfactory situation. The bathroom was also in a poor state, lacking proper cleanliness. Given these circumstances, I believe I am entitled to a refund or at least site credit for my disappointing experience.I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves the cleanliness standards for future guests.

It was comfortable.

Liked: The room was nice and comfortable. The staff was kind and cleaned our room regularly. I love how the towels and tissue were folded. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: The smell in the halls wasn't too good. The room and elevator smelled fine, but the halls had an unfresh smell. I wish the breakfast options were bigger, although it tasted good. I wish there was a fan in the bathroom.
