Liked: Nice rooms, friendly reception staff at night.
Disliked: Its advertised as 24 hour reception but I was leaving the hotel at 6am and inadvertently left my car keys and room keys in the room. You cant open the room without the keys. There was no-one at reception or anyone else around until 9.15 am - disgraceful.Why not advertise the correct reception hours?

Great hotel, friendly staff.

Liked: The room was good, the staff were nice, the receptionist was lovely, they were dog friendly and car parking we could see our car from the room window. The beds were comfy.
Disliked: There was no air con. We came during a heatwave It was roasting they only had one fan per room but it was no use. We had rough nights sleep because of the heat. There were no power points next to the bed.

Liked: Good location to where we needed to be
Disliked: Bathroom wasn’t very clean hairs in bath and shower wasn’t great at all nor the taps in the bath literally trickled out

Useful hotel for one night...

Liked: The room itself was basic but fine. Clean, good size, did the job. We have a young son and they gave us a room with a second bed but we didn't use it as he slept in out bed. Our bed was very comfy. Lots of towels. We asked for a room at the back facing away from the busy road on the 1st floor. We didn't experience any road noise. It was loud in the parking lot.
Disliked: Parking is free!!! The sign outside says £15 for overnight parking. You are exempt if you stay at this hotel but the sign does not mention this. Also if you are going northbound you have to go up to a roundabout and drive back down the other side to get to the hotel.
