Comfortable but very noisy.

Liked: So easy to find and perfect location. Bed very comfortable and clean room/ bathroom. Shower worked well.
Disliked: So noisy. The room backed onto the petrol station and each time a truck went past it sounded like it was in my room. Has put me off ever staying in another property at a service station.Staff were missing for about 15 minutes when we arrived. No idea where they were!

Ideal place to stay when...

Liked: Nice room, big bed and the room was clean. Had to use fan as room very hot
Disliked: Unable to control room temperature

Little gem of a hotel...

Liked: Amazing welcoming staff made us feel very comfortable. Ease of booking in/ out
Disliked: Nothing!

Good

A room in the right...

Liked: Very clean room - some items need maintenance or replacement eg window handle. I found the furnishings more than adequate.
Disliked: Sleep was disturbed. Unfortunately my room was close to the lorry park. Even with the window fully closed their regular movements throughout the night spoiled my sleep - even with ear plugs.

Convenient overnight stay

Liked: The gentleman on reception at our arrival was amazing so helpful and friendly nothing was too much trouble.
Disliked: Decoration could be improved a bit tired and lacking finishing touches
