Liked: Kids liked the waffles. Staff member on second day helped me with printing important documents.
Disliked: When we arrived at check in employee was on phone didn't make me feel welcomed. Got to our room & room was little dingy had an awkward smell, there were bad repair on walls. Beds were uncomfortable. Wish there were eggs for breakfast.

Disliked: Other guests were noise and screaming during the night, in the day there were guests in the hallway drinking beer and alcohol, not a family place!

Liked: The shower was good, and the water stayed hot. The room was fairly clean and each bed had three pillows.
Disliked: The guy at the front desk was friendly when we checked in, but after that he was cold and curt. We had to ask to get clean towels each night. Its location from the nearest DART station makes it a challenge to find due to the tangle of highways and ramps. OK breakfast was short on protein: no eggs, yogurt, etc.
