Disliked: Noise in the room, staff would not change my room. We couldn’t sleep from the AC clanking noise.

Liked: The staff were lovely, the room had everything we needed and was clean and the location was brilliant. Lots of shops and cafes nearby. Close walk to Hyde Park and 30 seconds from Paddington Station.
Disliked: Nothing.

Disliked: Very small rooms for the price, very uncomfortable beds and pillows, me and my partner both woke up all through the night due to the uncomfortableness of the beds

Convenient.

Liked: Excellent location. Staff friendly.
Disliked: Room tiny, dark as window obscured due to being a basement room that overlooked the courtyard of air con mechanics etc. also noisy because of this. No security chain on the door. Breakfast dreadful. Fair enough they don’t offer hot food but if you are offering continental you must include pastries and fruit. Offering was just toast and cereal. Very disappointing.

Liked: Good location, convenient for the station. Lovely staff.
Disliked: The bed filled most of the room and the bathroom door didn’t open fully. It was a good job I’m slim.

Liked: The location was fabulous with the main train station right down the road. There are lots of eating places too including the foodhall with great options for families.
Disliked: The room was a bit cramped but for a major city it was expected. However the bed was comfortable and all other amenities made up for the lack of space.
