The staff were friendly but...

Liked: The location was good
Disliked: Very basic and the breakfast was ludicrous

Great Location

Liked: Location was great. Front desk were very friendly. Plenty of tea bags and milk in room and lovely toiletries.
Disliked: Bed was uncomfortable, a bit lumpy. Noisy neighbours and no bath mat for when you come out of shower- I used the hand towel. Could have been a little cleaner.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.. not...

Liked: Well on first’s impressions, the room was ok, suited our needs as we were visiting for a concert.It wasn’t till the next day, that we found cockroaches in our beds and room, that we realised, this place was not worth the over jacked up price they had charged us.. assuming they knew a concert was on, and upped their prices because they can.Staff to start off were very pleasant, but the next day, when we reported this issue.. their attitude soon changed.They even had the audacity to blame us for the roaches, as we left a window open. Having work in hospitality myself, I know this is not the case.
Disliked: Cleanliness was very poor… room had cockroaches.

Days Inn Hyde Park Hotel...

Liked: Great location close to Paddington station and tube lines. Plenty of eateries in the area. Very busy area.
Disliked: A bit pricey for one night £150 plus extra if you wanted breakfast we ate elsewhere for a lot cheaper.

Disliked: The walls are thin

Terrible

Disliked: In a really great position but badly let down by the state of the place. Broken shower head that leaked more than actually came out of the head, the shower gel pump didn’t work so unable to use it, the tv bracket was so wonky it looked like it was going to fall off the wall, no usb sockets in the room, uncomfortable beds and pillows, the “complimentary” breakfast was terrible and like having breakfast at your grandparents. For £310 the value for money is just appauling
