Days Inn Hotel Telford Ironbridge

It was a nice hotel; plenty of hot water; small beds for single beds and rock hard. Not too bad for 1 night but couldn't sleep on the bed another night but nice and clean.

Liked: The water was hot which is great.
Disliked: Small single beds and rock hard.

Liked: Close to V Festival and good shuttle bus going to there so perfect location.
Disliked: Had a smoker's room that we did not think we requested; room smelled so bad; rooms are ok.

Disliked: The hotel was very dated lamps all.bent at angles no facilities on site. Staff were great but I was embarrassed for them.I paid £12 extra for breakfast to be given a box with a tub of cornflakes UHT milk a tiny bottle of water a flapjack and a stale French pastry. This should be explained in your emails or on the site when offering breakfast. Very disappointed will never book with them again and I use a huge amount of hotels.for my work

Liked: Staff were polite, efficient, well mannered, accommodating. Lost items were kept safe and returned after check out. Honest staff.

Wouldn't stay here again

Liked: Very smelly bathroom. Smelt of urine even though it was clean. I had to go buy an air freshener to spray it out whenever I was in the room
