Liked: Convenience of service station attached, bathtub was a bonus
Disliked: The room was roasting and no way to turn heat down and no air con. But with room on ground floor, didn't want to open window as it looked onto services car park.

Liked: It was a struggle to access the hotel due to the road being closed. It meant a diversion of 20 minutes around Leicester. Staff were as helpful as possible.

Liked: Pet friendly and decent room size and fan provided
Disliked: The window lock was broken and it was only closed by the handle being positioned a certain way. I didn’t feel that safe as I was on the ground floor. Would have asked for a different room but it was a bit late by then

Disliked: Had a problem with a loose metal board causing constant noise evening upon arrival and all through the night, given there was high winds this caused lack of sleep. Did ask for a member of staff to come and listen to the noise as it was loud and keeping us awake, sounded like a pair of trainers in a dryer!! Was asked to just pretty much get on with it given it’s windy, I do believe if we had been offered a different room maybe ground floor this would have given us a better nights sleep however this wasn’t offered
