Liked: Room was recently remodeled. Very nice, very clean. Excellent value.

Liked: Access to outside.
Disliked: Dirty walls. Paint chipping. Dirty door. TV remote didnt work and was never fixed. Bathtub fixtures had holes in the wall behind them. Slippery bathtub. Towels worn, scratchy. Staff had heavy accents and were difficult to understand.

Disappointing

Liked: The Location was Perfect and the beds were comfortable, the guy in the office was pretty funny.
Disliked: The paint was chipping off the walls in the bathroom, the door had to be slammed to get it to shut completely, and could've been cleaned a little better....the ice bucket was filthy.They are in the middle of renovations so most of my complaints should be resolved when that's finished, I've stayed here many of times and while this isn't the cheapest in the area it is the cheapest that is actually somewhat decent some the hotels around here are absolutely terrible.
