Liked: Location was great in a modest but clean and well-kept neighborhood. Close to all the amenities of Charleston, WV metropolitan area. The parking lot had fences surrounding all the buildings, and there was excellent security. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Can't really think of anything.

Exceptional

Liked: It's clean, newer, great staff, excellent breakfast, no insects to worry about, plenty of restaurants and services nearby, right off highway
Disliked: I can't complain, I really liked the place. It's tough to find clean motels that aren't shady. This is a safe choice for a good experience

Liked: I did not go for breakfast.It was clean. Once figured out where to register the staff was very pleasant. (forgot his name)
Disliked: Signage was lacking when it came to registering. I don't like such a high bed. I want to be able to sit on bed and my feet touch the floor. I'm 5'6". The shower was very difficult to turn on.

Excellent property in all ways

Liked: Very clean. Great breakfast. Perfect place for our dog.
