Disliked: my sliding glass door was was glass was broken and all they had was a piece of cardboard up to hold the broken glass. I was on the first floor so easy for someone to break into my room and get assaulted.

Disliked: It was a terrible experience. Room had holes in the walls, moulding around bathroom door was separated from the wall, electrical outlet was broken with exposed wires, internet reception was terribly slow, heater was very noisy,

Liked: The location was the only good thing - close to UConn.
Disliked: Dated and not well maintained. Pool closed. Breakfast closed. Other guests walking out and refusing to stay. Front desk not accommodating and refused to refund.

Very disappointing

Liked: The shower was new and nice.
Disliked: The front door of the office had broken glass, our cable box was broken for first 2 days. Parking lot and inside hallways smelled of marijuana. No heater worked in the room for the entire stay
