Liked: The staff was very helpful and very friendly.
Disliked: The room was had holes in the wall the lock was broken. The nob for the tub was broke off. There was very little hot water for a shower. There was bugs in our room. The parking lot needed repairs.

Disliked: towels in worn and very staind condition .bedding stained ,restroom will not flush ,second room same issues just less of it ,and tv did not work , so due to the issues we had i cancelled my stay for a refund ,

Liked: Once I got there I didn't even stay I chose to go to a different hotel

My stay was very uncomfortable.

Liked: The air conditioner was cold.
Disliked: Once I arrived to check in, there wasn't anyone at the desk to assist me. I called the number posted to get assistance but it was ringing at the front desk. Which no one was present to answer. So, I stood patiently waiting for thirteen minutes before someone showed. It seems like they just arrived to work. I was informed by email the deposit would be $50 but at check in it was actually $75. The room initially look cleaned upon arrival but looks are deceiving. A spider crawled on my pillow and I moved the bed to check for more. The floor was nasty under the bed. Look like it hadn't been sweep in awhile. It was food at the head of the bed and I was scared to look any further. I tried to get some sleep after seeing this and it was uncomfortable. When I woke up to get ready to check-out, there were roaches crawling on the wall. I immediately left the room and I took pictures to show upon check-out. The door didn't have a safety latch on it. The shower curtain was nasty looking. The remote didn't work for the tv and I couldn't even watch it. I reported all this at check-out and nothing was done about it or even apologize for this uncomfortable stay. This is one experience I will not forget and will not visit here again.

Disliked: Property is very dirty, smells , mattresses are so old you feel steal wires when you lay down. Breakfast area is so dirty and nothing for breakfast. I will never stay in Days inn anymore.
