Days Inn by Wyndham San Bernardino Near San Manuel Casino

Was not feeling it! It was ghetto - we packed our stuff every time we left the hotel room, as all the people that we believed to be staying long term were staring at us, and we wanted to have our clothes, make-up and everthing we owned still be in the room. Upon the request for one more towel we were told there were none at the time. This was not kosher because the ones in the room were stiff and very scratchy. The dude at the front desk was very nice so I will not complain about the service from employees but the accomodation was terrible. I would rather sleep in the rent a car next time. We checked out a day early after the concert to drive all the way back to Oakland. I will never stay there again.

To start, the old mattresses were stacked all over by the dumpsters. They were so disgusting. I can't believe that they wouldn't have taken them to the dump. They should not have wanted anyone to see them. Plus, they let people live there and we felt very unsafe. Inside the room, there was red and white stuff splattered on the wall. The towels felt like sand paper. My family and friends will never stay at a Days Inn again. It was the worst experience.

Liked: Staff was great, but nothing i liked about the hotel, but I booked the hotel based on the pictures and that it had a free breakfast which wasn't the case. Hotel is run down and there was a major gap in the door I couldn't sleep well because I didnt feel safe, caution tape on the reception entrance was concerning traveled on a sunday so wasn't much traffic or people so it was quiet. I mean we only needed a bed so we got what we paid for. Now no ice machine is wasn't working, the soda machine was jammed so I lost a few coins no water available for purcahse on-site which I believe is bare necessary to have available for your guest. The area its self is run down and full of riff raff that you dont want to get in the way of. Would I stay here again no. There's other hotels in the area I would have rather stayed at.
Disliked: Stay some else it wasn't worth the money.

Highly disappointing

Liked: The bed was large and great pillows
Disliked: There was no soap, shampoo, or lotion in the room. The floor was dirty. I got out of the shower and walked to the bed to finish getting dressed. My feet got dirty because the floor was disgusting. There was no breakfast as described when booking. The floor shook as others walked by. I was on the second floor. The bathroom was so small that you smacked your knees with the door when closing it. The room also smelled very musty and was hot when walking in. It was not worth paying $75 for the night. I also could not get a refund on the room. Very dissatisfied with a Wyndham resort Days Inn. It makes the Motel 6 look like a high-end resort compared to where I stayed.

Liked: Being from Rancho Cucamonga and knowing the area. As soon as we pulled up. I was like, "Oh no, we will go back to Ontario Ca.
Disliked: I do not like that area. I've been away for a while. However, being a native of the area, I would never have my family stay in that area. The property looked fine. However, it's the surrounding area.

It was all bad.

Disliked: False advertising. They did not serve any breakfast. No breakfast as described. The room had roaches. The bathroom door did not close.
