Exceptional

Liked: I was traveling up I 81 and it was just off the exit. And Roanoke and easy to find very convenient to the highway. Not the first time I've seen at this location very clean and comfortable.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: I did not stay. We got there at 11 am to see if we could get an early check in. However, the hotel smelled like mold when I walked into the lobby. The carpet was dirty and the person that waited on me was very rude and unprofessional. Based on the appearance and the smell of the lobby, I didn’t want to take a chance on a room at the establishment. I immediately told him that I wanted to cancel and he said ok. I asked him is that all I need to do and he said yes. Only to find out that I was still charged for a room I did not stay in.

Nothing like the photos but...

Liked: Property was clean & close to the highway to we could get out of there quickly.
Disliked: The pool was in service. The property building is run down but you can tell the furniture is newer. Appliances broken & beat up tho. Something was stuck in the socket. The photos listed are highly edited (and with good lighting that is nothing like what’s in the room)

What made our stay excellent...

Liked: Location is good. Prefer to be able to bring it back to the room.

Liked: cheap accommodations. Clean enough. Shower could be better
Disliked: Sad you can't take any "breakfast" to your room and the area they have to eat in is small and gets crowed fast.
