Disliked: Toilet ran all night. . . No deadbolt or security locks functional.. . . .but it was plainfield. . . .not a "rough" part of town. . . . But still. . . .should've been a bit better

Liked: The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: First, I didn't like that upon arrival I was told that a $50 damages fee would be charged to my credit card but would drop off after I check out and the room was deemed not damaged. Nowhere was this policy stated beforehand. Second, the room was not cleaned to my standards and certainly not cleaned to Wyndham standards. There was mold in the bathroom on the ceiling and wall by the tub. The floor needed to be swept and mopped. The toilet base needed to be cleaned. When I brought these things to the attention of the desk clerk when I checked out, and showed him pictures, all he said was that he would inform the manager. No apology, no urgency. We would have left and demanded a refund, but the FFA convention was in town and if you could even find a room, all the prices were at least double than normal.
