Disliked: My room smelled terribly like mildew.

Poor - 1.0 out of 5

Tavon M, Erie Sat, 23 April 2016

This hotel was dirty. The room we stayed in looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The thermostat didn't work; most the lights were burned out. The dust covered all of the flat surfaces. The bathroom tile grout was all cracked and were covered in mildew. The smell of the whole place was a bit foul. Breakfast was okay. For a cheap stop, no frills, low expectation hotel, I'd give it a 4 star. But for someone looking for a nice place for the kids, and a clean, comfortable stay, I'd suggest you look elsewhere.

Liked: The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The overall cleanliness was very poor.

About what I expected. No complaints.

Disliked: Vending machine should receive some maintenance.

Poor - 1.0 out of 5

Kim, Vernon, visiting Stage AE Tue, 11 March 2014

I have stayed at many Days Inn hotels. That's why I chose this hotel. However it smelt like wet carpet. It was dirty. The breakfast wasn't ready on time. The orange juice was so watered down, why bother. I was so disappointed and I couldn't switch hotels cause they were all booked. It just ruined my weekend

Disliked: Very dissatisfied.

Exceptional - 5.0 out of 5

Sara, Egg Harbor Township, visiting Stage AE Thu, 23 May 2013

I didn't catch the guys name at the front desk but he was very helpful. I needed to print concert tickets I had purchased online and downloaded into my phone and he printed them for me - thank you! We visit Pittsburgh at least once a year for a Steelers game and we will stay here again. It's very close to both PNC Park/Heinz Field. The staff as a whole were friendly, nice and accommodating. We had a nice stay - thanks again!

Liked: Nice; clean; helpful; accommodating.
