Stayed here to attend a Giants game and although we weren't in the room very much, I was very impressed with the size of the room. Nicely decorated; excellent staff (Mathew); allowed us early check in; good breakfast selection; clean rooms!

Liked: Early check in was allowed which was a huge bonus; nice rooms; friendly staff.

Liked: Everything was great it is close to transit to Manhattan and the area is nice . The bed was comfortable and clean. The rooms are very spacious and it was quiet and the staff was great and very helpful. Great place to stay!!! All and all the stay was perfect for our trip!!!!!
Disliked: The carpet in the hallways was dirty but the rooms were great.

Liked: The air conditioner worked well
Disliked: The property was kind of run down. I paid a lot and was expecting more. There was only one way in and out. The back door said out of order. Didn’t see a pool. The restaurant outside was run down. There was only one working vending machine on another floor. Not impressed. Our bathroom had no place for toiletries. We had to put them on the toilet. We had a king room. When I asked about the sink they said it only comes with a deluxe room. That’s crazy . When ordering online the room I ordered had a sink with a counter. The people at the desk wanted to argue with me, so I gave up.
