Stayed here to attend a Giants game and although we weren't in the room very much, I was very impressed with the size of the room. Nicely decorated; excellent staff (Mathew); allowed us early check in; good breakfast selection; clean rooms!

Liked: Early check in was allowed which was a huge bonus; nice rooms; friendly staff.

We were pleasantly surprised overall

Liked: the room was large enough for me and my kids and had all the expected amenities. The room was clean and was kept cleaned daily which was great.
Disliked: The noise in the morning from the hallway was too much 8am to 12pm. The front desk staff was not too friendly.

Liked: The breakfast was better than I expected. I was told it was a continental breakfast, but it also had a good variety of items like sausage, eggs and pancakes. I was very satisfied.
Disliked: The room was very inviting and even had a fireplace. The bed while beautiful, it was too soft and not very supportive.

We would stay again

Liked: The location was good. Close to the convention center, shopping and New York. The staff was friendly, breakfast was decent, and the room was nice and clean. The cost of the room was reasonable.
Disliked: The bus stop was a little far and the closest one was straight up a hill. We drove and parked our car in a shopping center and the car we rode in got towed (we missed the no parking sign - FYI don't get your car towed - we had to pay $400 to get it out. They charged us for two days even though they only had it for a little over 12hrs because they had it overnight. The towing company was also super hard to get a hold of to try to get it back. Thankfully the company that took the car did releases on the weekend). There are two entrances/exits. The back parking lot entrance is not marked very well and I passed it when we first got there. It's also on a super steep hill and my car drug underneath trying to turn in and exit every single time. It was also hard to exit that way because it was hard to see oncoming traffic. It was also a little hard at first to tell where the main entrance was.
