Stayed here to attend a Giants game and although we weren't in the room very much, I was very impressed with the size of the room. Nicely decorated; excellent staff (Mathew); allowed us early check in; good breakfast selection; clean rooms!

Liked: Early check in was allowed which was a huge bonus; nice rooms; friendly staff.

Very practical to go to...

Liked: Staff directed us to a shuttle that is a 15 min drive away from Times Square. Shuttle service was just less than 4$, safe and an effective way to go back and forth from hotel area in North Bergen to downtown. Room appeared newly renovated and was clean.
Disliked: Smell in corridor and rug damaged. Breakfast was okay but simple. Nothing to do in that area.

Disliked: Very hard to find, busy city hard to navigate, sheets were dirty when checked in but staff did change them, breakfast was not good

Liked: Dining area was clean. Coffee was good.
Disliked: We were not able to check in even 30 minutes early. Lobby had several dirty water bottles and napkins laying about. Room keys did not work the second time we tried to get into our room. Breakfast was very limited, not very well stocked.

Liked: Very comfortable bed, close to NyC, nice small breakfast, great sized updated tv with lots of channels.
Disliked: The staff was just meh. Nothing personal or very friendly especially the front desk staff. They got the job done, but no hi hello, thanks for staying or smile. The hall ways were very narrow and the staff wasn’t very conscious about how much space they were taking in the hallways.
