Disliked: The first room they put me in wasn’t clean had to move. Room had severe water damage. Tub didn’t drain and they didn’t fix it pool was said to be open but wasn’t

Bad stay at this days...

Liked: Nothing about the trip no towels no good customer service an where they located at it it should have been a better experience
Disliked: It wasn't cleaned no towels had hair in the bath tub went to take a bath more hair came floating up so I had to let the water out stuff was rude it's sad I could of paid at another hotel jus like days inn from my other experiences and that's what's the first that I had a really bad stay

Began rocky but ended okay

Disliked: Got there & no shower curtain or extension cord to plug uo tv, people smoking when is a nonsmoking facility & could smell it through bathroom vent, no ice machine on 3rd floor, elevator smelled of urine

Disliked: The bed in our room was hard and uncomfortable. The refrigerator did not work. There was not a hair dryer in the room. The lighting would flicker. It looked as if the room was thrown together with the throw aways from other rooms.
