In general I would not recommend this hotel to anyone else unless there were some maintenance issues taken care of and a new staff were hired who enjoyed customer service.

Disliked: I put the rating of "disappointing" not because I expected a 5 star hotel for the price that I paid but because I do expect for a hotel to be safe in all aspects and clean. We always get a hotel with a pool for entertainment for our kids because we don't have a lot of money to spend when we go somewhere but the pool was dirty and cloudy. Safety was definitely an issue. The bar to hold onto to walk down the steps into the pool was loose which is dangerous and the ladder to climb out of the pool was also loose. When I sat in one of the pool lounge chairs it cracked and I only weigh 145 lbs. There were a lot of lights in the walkways that were blinking constantly or just out. The rooms were not very clean, hence the roach we found, and the front desk people were not very friendly - like they would rather be somewhere else. Like I said I realize this was not a 5 star hotel, but I have been in one before that was just as old but the staff were super friendly, willing to do whatever needed to be done to make us, the paying customer, satisfied with our stay. Attitude goes a long way.

Disliked: The room was nasty nasty hell. Pants orca scratches or something was left bin the restroom. Nets was in the room. I went to cc implan and the manager said I had to go through the app. I was in room 137.

Liked: Rooms where half clean if any! Bugs are terrible. Had to ask for a clean set of sheets

Liked: Not much we basically stayed in room and left as soon as the sun rose.
Disliked: Not very clean .. no breakfast as stated. Reserved a king room when we arrived at 630pm they said it wasn't clean.

I would not recommend!

Disliked: First off I didn’t like that it was so many people outside of the hotel hanging around, smoking etc. The lobby area had a bad odor the elevator was on its last leg and the room was horrendous. Overall the hotel was filthy. I would never book here again. The pictures they have on the website does not match the rooms. BEWARE!!
