Very disappointed

Disliked: Surprise additional charge of 20.00 for our pet after room was booked. Blood on curtain and bedsham. Vents broke on AC unit and not replaced . Dog hair and dog food still on floor when we entered the room. Lord willing won't be back and breakfast put away before 10.

Will never stay there again

Disliked: Rooms were not very clean, the breakfast was undesirably, the bread was hard before you toasted it, the creamer curdled in my coffee but the attendant did not remove it and put more in its place.

False advertising

Liked: Close to the highway
Disliked: False advertising, it said I would have a mountainous view, I didn't have a view, when I mentioned it to the front desk, they said they don't have a mountainous view

Liked: The only thing I liked about the room was the location.
Disliked: Checking in, the man at the desk was so rude and unprofessional. I asked multiple questions for him to wave his arm at me after he mumbled something. (I couldn't understand him) I didn't know when breakfast was, what the WiFi password was, or what time check out was. The room was absolutely nasty and smelled TERRIBLE. The walls were paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING going on in the room next to you. The hot water was not even hot! Also the TV was terrible!! It cut in and out and reminded me of the 1980s. The sign said 'updated rooms'. Which is a lie because my room was outdated. Once I got the WiFi working (thanks to the help of my neighbor) it was also terrible and so delayed!! I will not stay here again.
