Days Inn by Wyndham Kansas City International Airport

Nice enough for the cost, but don't plan on eating breakfast.

Liked: It was clean and located near the airport which made it easy to get to for our flight out…!
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: I like the pictures on the wall. I felt it made the room look very nice and I also loved the mirror in the bathroom.
Disliked: I didn’t feel like the room wasn’t cleaned. The floors were not as clean as I had to wipe down counters myself. I feel that the bed could be updated. Just looks a little wore out and felt like the bottom of it was just not up to standard. Also was never informed that the pool was not going to be open.

Passable

Liked: The beds were very comfortable. I liked having the warmed pool.
Disliked: The disabled bathroom was subpar. The shower chair was broken, even after the one screw was screwed back in. It was still unsafe to use. There were no grab bars on the inside of the shower itself. The shampoo and conditioner was on the outside of the shower. These are all dangerous for disabled guests.

I wouldn’t recommend for anyone

Disliked: The breakfast was extremely poor. Same thing for my 13 nights stay. I was very disappointed. Also PETs backing and all

Liked: I had low expectations for this place due to lower rating but I was blown away by John's customer service. He was very friendly and a pleasure to talk with. He was really helpful and satisfied all my requests perfectly. This man deserves a raise.

Horrific

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: It was disgusting, creepy, unsettling, very loud. Metal shouldn’t go on the base of a bed in a hotel. Esp where the walls are thin and children are able to hear EVERYTHING! Condition is deplorable. There is dirt and dust caked onto everything and the smell of the room burned your nose badly. I honestly was devastated and felt quite cat fished about this location. I wouldn’t have paid 20 dollars to stay here. I have included a screen shot of the pictures on the website. And a picture of the amazing, clean updated business center. Located right next to the sliding door entrance.
