Disappointing

Liked: The room was very clean.
Disliked: The staff ( the manager) was extremely rude. Was not friendly at all and hung the phone up on me.

Poor

Disliked: parking lot barely any parking dirty beds everywhere furniture out our room smelled so strong like paint our shower head wasn't working spraying water everywhere and the curtain broken the bathroom was dirty also when I booked it redirect me to the days Inn as pet friendly and no they heard my puppy and complaining no pets allowed good things I had family close to watch my puppy the guy suggested to leave it in the car who would leave their puppy in a car overnight no one!!

Liked: The accommodations were notably clean and well-maintained for the duration of my stay.
Disliked: The front desk staff weren't great at check-in and check-out, but hey, for the location and price, I get it. I will not be staying here again . Or my people .

Cockroaches, sparks, and sunken mattresses.

Liked: The location is really close to the city so that is really convenient.
Disliked: The room was not properly cleaned at all. There was dust, hair, and yuckyness all over. The bathroom was tidied up but definitely NOT cleaned which was gross. Literally had a cockroach cross the threshold as we opened the door to the room, so that was our first impression. The outlets were sparking up randomly. The ac unit was so dusty and gross we were scared to turn it on. One of the beds/mattresses was caving in, so the person sleeping on it was falling off throughout the night.

The hotel needs to drop...

Liked: The price. Housekeeping was nice. They have replaced the tile on the floor throughout the halls and the rooms. However everything is outdated!
Disliked: The breakfast was a brown bag lunch - orange juice, muffin, and oatmeal bar. Hotel is under reconstruction. Lobby wallpaper was stripped. Window to front desk was behind thick plexiglass. Hotel is dated. Bathroom, microwave, desk, air conditioner were old and dated. Out of all the plugs in the room, only 2 outlets worked. The bathroom mirror had a light within it that did not work. Low water pressure. Beds were hard. This was even after changing from another room at check in. I was also charged $30 for checking in early. Last but not least - at 4am there was a racoon fight in the vents. They did not refund anything!!!
