Great night's sleep

Liked: Bed was fantastic. Receptionist Caroline gave me a lift into Gretna when there were no taxis. A very kind and generous thing to do. So big shout out to Caroline
Disliked: Nothing

Overnight stay

Liked: Part of the motorway services, so easy to get off & on to the motorway. There are food places 100 yards away. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast.
Disliked: It's a perfectly serviceable hotel. Carpets etc. looking a bit tired, but other than that, for one night stay it worked for me.

Crazy Days In Greta

Liked: Lady on reception very helpful & welcoming. The hotel was very basic but pretty clean.
Disliked: Crazy policy of charging extra for parking. Unless you’re arriving walking along the hard shoulder of the motorway or dropping in via a helicopter there’s no other reasonable way of getting to the hotel. So to charge for parking at a motorway hotel such this is beyond the ridiculous! Myself & my 87 years old dad have been the laugh of the family all day for paying it!
