I chose to tick ‘bad’...

Liked: Comfy.
Disliked: I was horrified to receive a £100 parking fine from Parkingeye, for my over night stay. Your receptionist had explained that I had to pay £8 as I had booked through booking.com. I did so. I appealed the fine showing them screenshot of my bank statement for the £8 and a screenshot of your conditions which explained about the parking. They did not accept this, but they did reduce the fine to £20.
