Disliked: Our friends checked in before we arrived to find police there, someone being arrested, dirty conditions, smelled of smoke and weed, yellow bed pillows. Immediately requested refund and left.

Terrible hotel experience

Disliked: My room was filthy, pool was out of order, no coffee or waffle batter at breakfast. TV broken in dining room. Before checking out, waiting for my ride, I observed many others were angry and complaining about similar issues, asking for refund of some of their charge. Never saw any housekeeping, which might explain the filth. It was tge most I've ever paid for a room, and the worst place I've ever stayed. I definitely think a partial refund of my $285.39 is warranted!

Liked: It was being updated
Disliked: Hot tub wasn't working. Locks didn't work right. Key card kept messing up. Absolutely nothing out for breakfast. Room was hot, couldn't get it comfortable. Mattress was horrible.

Liked: The breakfast was good. The pool was warm.
Disliked: The walk back from the pool was cold. The room had chipping paint in the bathroom.
