Liked: Nothing couldn't understand the front desk people.
Disliked: I booked the room for another night but when I decided to check out of it and not stay no one was on the premises to check me out. The maintenance guy said the front desk man would not be back for an hour. They charged me for the second night but I was trying to check out and no one was there to check me out. He called me around 5 or 6pm. They were very unprofessional and I deserve a refund for not staying 2 nights and only staying one night.

Liked: The bathroom toilet base was dirty and there was hairs on the shower walls. The standing lamp was leaning and broken. And the mini refrigerator had mold on the seals. It was also very loud. A lot of running and doors slamming. You can hear everything.

Decent place to stay. Staff...

Liked: Wall heater/ac didn’t work properly. Turned on and off when it wanted to. Woke up at 2am sweating because the heat decided to come on. Pool area was dark & Hot tub was out of service. Breakfast was ok.

Disliked: The hot tub was broken, there were boxes of new furniture everywhere, the breakfast was awful very little food, nothing hot, no protein, the towels were stained as was the bathtub from all the iron the water, very hard to communicate with the staff, their English was very limited.
