Felicia, Pittsburgh, visiting Heritage Bank Center

Worst place ever. It had a very stinky odor of urine and old mop water. Burn holes in the comforter. Toilet paper up at the vents in the bathroom. Water damaged tiles in the ceiling. The complimentary breakfast was a joke. They had frozen waffles out in the bread rack. Never will be back again.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Worst experience ever! Will never be back again - this place was disgusting.

The front desk attendant was...

Disliked: It was the complete opposite of what booking.com offered me. They didn’t accommodate my family at all and the staff was very rude

Check them out

Liked: The lobby is beautiful, the room was clean. Definitely needs work but I believe it's going to get better.
Disliked: I think this facility is under renovation and will be beautiful when completed. The rooms are old, beatup and need updating badly. There were no USB ports, coffee or even drinking glasses.
