Very good

Liked: Plenty of eateries and facilities. Surprisingly quiet being located at a service station.
Disliked: Could have had extra pillows. Microwave in the reception was making the place smell, and there was actually rats running around.

Disliked: Could have had spare pillows in the room as only had 2

Liked: Room was spacious, bed was comfortable
Disliked: Poor ventilation- 1 fan that was dirty and could only be plugged in over the other side of the room.1 bath towel for 2 people 1 mug for 2 people Tired decorationNo sockets by the bedside. I have a CPAP machine l have to wear at night and no socket to plug it in by the bed . Had to use an extension cord to reach the sockets on the other side of the room. No breakfast on the first day as we were not given the vouchers. Were given them the next day as l asked. Only able to get breakfast from one place in the welcome break so would have preferred a cheaper stay without breakfast . Staff not particularly welcoming or friendly.

Better than expected. On southbound...

Liked: What you'd expect for this type of hotel, but this place was better than others in the chain where I've stayed, more modern and clean. Surprisingly quiet and I felt safe there on my own.
Disliked: Crucial info missing from the description is that it's on the SOUTHBOUND side of the M3. There are junctions fairly near both ways, so not a major issue to double back, but useful to know!
