Disliked: We booked 2 rooms, and in one of the rooms the heater didn’t work. They didn’t want to move us to another room, but after insisting 3 times they finally moved us.

I will never book thru...

Disliked: I asked for a wheelchair accessible room. The room was on the second floor, with no elevator. Therefore it cost me $47.00 to hotel, & $47.00 back to the airport. Where my paraplegic granddaughter slept on an airport bench for the night. I will also mention the lady at hotel was extremely rude, assuming incorrectly, that I had not asked for accessibility. I have no intention of booking thru you again.

Liked: Nothing at all. It was the worst Days Inn I ever stayed in and will be the last. It was so bad.
Disliked: Parking lot was dirty, stairs were dirty, room was creepy. The staff lied to us about 1st floor rooms being "out of order" even though I explained we were in our 70's and my wife was handicapped. If they were skeptical they could look at the plate. The next morning people were in those rooms. The air conditioner required two senior citizens to climb up on a platform to adjust The front desk had an INSECT warning on the counter I noticed later so I hope it was not bed bugs. Toilet was functioning poorly and my back was hurt after carrying our luggage up to the second floor. it was a noisy, dirty nightmare.

ok for a quick pitstop

Liked: The room was spacious. The linens and bed were clean and the staff was very friendly. There was plenty of parking. Great for a quick stay.
Disliked: there was a ton of hair on the floor in the restroom. when we checked in there were no handicap accessible rooms. our room was underground.
