Liked: Room was simple and nice.
Disliked: I called out “hello” 3 times to see if someone would come to the front desk. I ended up calling the number to get someone to come up front.

Liked: Clean newly remodeled room. Good hot breakfast bar. Will stay again.
Disliked: Star rating correct. If you want a five star you pay for it.

Disliked: The front desk gave another patron our room key. They walked in on us while we were in bed. I called the front desk and they said, "Sorry about that." Completely unacceptable.

Liked: The staff were courteous and helpful and the location was great! The beds were comfortable and even though the hotel is located off a major highway, we were not disturbed by the noise.
Disliked: There is a lot of construction going on in the front of the hotel, so that made check in difficult. However, I am sure it is temporary. The toilet makes strange high-pitched noise when flushed. The sink is located right by the main door to room, so if you are staying with another person and they could be coming back into the room, make sure to listen for them because if you don't hear them opening the door, you will probably get hit in the head.
