Disliked: It wasn’t clean, the toilet was stopped up, and the bathroom was not cleaned properly, the rug had stains on it and the room had a bad odor

Liked: Quite location.
Disliked: There was no breakfast, a used towel was already hanging on the back of the bathroom door. The shower head was really poor flow, low water pressure in the shower, a large box belonging to the hotel with things in it sitting the room, no housekeeping for those staying over, only two stairwell entrances to the second floor. Using, Booking.com didn’t get me a cheaper rate, none of the additional things I requested on the site for the room was honored and even if you have a suggested time to check in, they only will allow you to check in at 2-3:00 p.m.

Liked: The location is awful because all you hear is the traffic on the interstate all night & this is false advertising because it is no breakfast served. The best that I could be told is because of Covid, there is no breakfast being served. I just traveled last month to Atlanta,GA. & breakfast was served at the hotel. This is just something to try to tell a guest to make up for this false advertising.
Disliked: Everything. For starters the air conditioning was dusty & didn’t work properly . The walls and mirrors are nasty. The bed sheets old & worn & nasty with stains on the sheets. The towels must have purchased when the hotel was built they’re awful looking too. The room is very unclean.
