Liked: Staff were very nice and accomodating, esp the ladies in the breakfast area. We were given a room at the ground floor and when we told them it was a bit noisy because it's at street level, the reception immediately moved us to a new room at the 9th floor. Dion was very helpful trying to show us how to make our tour easier.

Room with standard shower next...
Liked: I received a room that was wheelchair accessible- without prior knowledge- the room was advertised as "discounted"- now I understand why. Showering was, consequently, awkward. Furthermore, there were pizza sauce chunks (a bit) AND stains on the carpet and what looked like a few drops of blood on one of the pillows. Honestly, traffic was so horrific driving from Philly, due to the fog/rain, which made visibility limited and caused a great deal of stress, that I didn't even have the energy to initiate a room switch, nor did I ask for one. I had to run out the door anyway to an event; traffic/weather had made me arrive later than expected to Baltimore. Staff was very friendly and parking was convenient but expensive and a bit sketchy. Late night TV, however, was excellent!!
Disliked: see above
