Liked: Updated room, no carpets The fellow at checkin was very friendly.Close to border and it was quiet
Disliked: The king size bed needed a new mattress and although we loved that there was no carpet, the floor could have been cleaner.

We wish we didn’t book...

Disliked: We paid for queen sized beds, they were queens, they were full size and we all woke up with severe back aches because they were so uncomfortable. The bathroom door didn’t latch. The water did not get hot so we couldn’t shower. The walls were not well insulated, we heard everything everywhere. The room also had an odor that burned our noses.

Disliked: OverpricedWifi doesnt workBathroom and shower sucksWasn’t overly clean No amenities Front desk illegally asked me to provide papers for my medical service dog and when I was unable to due to packing them away while driving across the country she charged me for my dog. It’s also completely illegal to ask for papers and against my civil rights.
