Very good

Liked: This was a lovely hotel beside a beautiful lake. Free parking was provided over the road. The room was well appointed overall and the food was wonderful.
Disliked: When the lights were turned off at night, there was no electricity so devices did not charge overnight. This was explained in the visitor information but I did not read that before going to bed.Service at the reception desk in the morning at checkout was very slow. I also became stuck in the lift and could not raise anyone.

Very good, will revisit!

Liked: Nice place with good parking, friendly staff, good service. Will definitely stop here again!
Disliked: Liked all, just thought the restaurant closed a bit early. Had a great meal at the neighbors instead!

Enjoyable and relaxing

Liked: Clean and well appointed. Friendly staff and wonderful breakfast.
Disliked: Location - too far from town - fine in the summer but not in the winter when too cold to walk. I the winter you really need transport.

Liked: The location is great.The beds were comfy. Everything was very well cleaned.View on the lake in our room was nice.Hight quality Breakfast.
Disliked: We stayed here from Saturday till Sunday in one of the rooms that are sold as “Junior Suites” on Booking.com. Our room looked very different compared to what was shown in the pictures online for this room category. It was a pretty ordinary larger room (no window side bathtub). So it looks like there is quite a bit of variation between the rooms in the junior suite category. The hotel was extremely busy with several larger family events/groups. We could hear noise from the other rooms late into the night.In the morning it was no surprise that the breakfast room was also extremely packed. There was quite a bit of waiting and finding an empty table was not trivial.

A perfect peaceful getaway

Liked: Really lovely stay. The room was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was delicious. Really nice walking trails nearby and so happy I could bring my dog.
Disliked: It was nearly 30 degrees and the room didnt have any AC or fan so it did get very warm.

Hotel misses friendliness.

Liked: Asian staff was very friendly.
Disliked: German staff at the reception desk was abrasive. This is not how you run a business in hospitality.
