Basic ,no frills accommodation, needs...

Liked: Location ,view from room
Disliked: Landing to room scruffy, in need of painting, room tired need up dating, paintwork round patio doors faded, old hairdryer in drawer needs replacing ,bathroom needs updates, toilet seat loose ,no shower gel in shower cubicle, choice of tea an coffee basic ,for a £180.00 for b&b very expensive, stayed in ultra modern hotels for a lot less .

Great weekend away ….fabulous staff...

Liked: Breakfast was good …Paid for an evening meal which was tasty….the staff were lovely, engaging & helpful.
Disliked: Views of the outside areas were depressing…Children’s playground out of use…..Noise at night with unruly kids was unacceptable…Rooms need soundproofing could hear everything in adjoining rooms.

Disgusting and disappointing being there...

Liked: Nothing but the staff were fine.
Disliked: It has not been updated for 50 years. Old dirty carpets, broken tiles, broken glass, paint coming off walls and ceilings. For £189/night or any price it is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The food was terrible too. The spa was a mess.

Exceptional

Liked: The location perfect to the beach front and close to transport to and from Blackpool.
Disliked: This a personal preference but bed too soft.

Pool was cold

Liked: That it had a pool
Disliked: The pool was cold the beds weren’t that comfortable not much choice of breakfast for kids

Disappointing

Liked: Good location, balcony was nice
Disliked: We were offered a second trip as the first was just terrible. Room tired, balcony cig butt's and old bird poo, constant dripping from bathroom, live band on til late and snigger from staff when rang, bedding smelt damp. Absolutely shattered when we got home. Complained and were invited again and told it would be amazing. Was no different to be honest, balcony still filthy, room dated. We won't recommend or go again. I'd stay nextdoor at inn on the prom or elsewhere. Really disappointing for the price.
