Liked: The room was very comfortable with cozy throws on the bed, nice linens and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed having dinner at the hotel. The staff is very friendly and eager to meet your needs. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever need a hotel near the Edinburgh airport.

Liked: The bar/restaurant was exceptional, and the ambience of the entire property was very calming and elegant.
Disliked: There was confusion on how to get an airport pick-up. Booking.com said there was a shuttle, yet apparently we had to book it in advance or call, and we weren't able to place a local call from our cell (Americans). Because of that, we ended up paying 34 pounds for a taxi to get to the hotel. That being said, the ride back to the airport in the morning was prompt and very comfortable!

Shattered for early flight

Liked: Its a great hotel
Disliked: The fan in bathroom ran all night and we didn’t sleep at all . Tried everything to get it to stop . We were staying at hotel as we had early flight and wanted to be refreshed . That didn’t happen . Complained in morning when checking out but only told they would look into it .
