Excellent little place, reccomend.

Liked: Very clean, decent cooking facilities/loungue, lovely and attentive staff who gave a tour of the hostel and gave local info plus are onsite 24 hrs, very good location right by the old castle and city centre shopping, eateries etc. Also ten min walk from Swansea rail station.

Liked: Clean, well equipped with necessity
Disliked: Too hot and stifling even with fan turn on throughout the night. Winter should be alright.

Liked: The staff were friendly and helpful, the lounge/kitchen area was great and had everything needed. The room was good - with enough space and plugs/lights by the beds. The location was great, I didnt find the area noisy at night. The wifi was good, check in and out was easy and simple
Disliked: The room I was in was boiling hot, i was told that it was above a restaurant kitchen below - and it would always be boiling without having the window open - but if another person in the room didn't want the window open due to any chance of noise from outside (which happened one night) - then it was too hot too sleep, and several of us woke up very early in the morning unable to sleep. With the window open it was bearable, but still very warm

Disliked: Bed gave me back pains

Good value for money place...

Liked: Price, location, staff, secure.
Disliked: A minor thing. Maybe lighting in the room. Had to use my phone torch as didn’t want to disturb the other guests as I was worried the bed light being too bright.

Staying there is an acceptable...

Liked: The staff is amazing and really helpful.
Disliked: the mattresses seem to be covered with polyethylene. It's not very pleasant to sleep. There are no curtains in the cells.
