Hotel Description
Offering free WiFi and a swimming pool Crystal Garden Resort is 10 minutes' drive from Cairns airport and 5 mins from Cairns Esplanade Lagoon. All room have a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and air-conditioned. Outside swimming pool. Cairns Crystal Garden Resort is 5 minutes' drive from Cairns' shops and restaurants and Flecker Botanic Gardens and 15-minute walk from the Cairns Lagoon. Palm Cove Beach is 30 minutes' drive away. The air-conditioned rooms feature a seating area and tea/coffee making facilities. Each room has an suite bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. Reception office hours are open from 10AM to 4PM on Monday to Friday. 10AM to 2PM on Saturday and Sunday. If you can not check in between the office hours we will send you the instructions via mobile phone message just follow the instructions you can easily to get the key in our safety box near the reception door.

Never again

Liked: Nothing looks like an old block of flats converted to motel
Disliked: Not up to standard of booking.com places in my unqualified opinion Looks like locals live there full time hanging around in property as I arrived late I felt like they were waiting for local drug dealer to arriveNot a good feeling in the dark

This resort is very rundown...

Liked: The location
Disliked: The facilities,very smelly drain rubbish and flies outside the bin shed. Wooden blocks holding up the curtain above the door, not sure whether it was the toilet or shower leaking

Disappointing. No restaurant however open...

Disliked: Noise level extreme. Banging and clanging overhead our room until 2.47am. 1st night kids running around yelling

Superb

Liked: Friendly service. Very willing to please. Off street parking.
Disliked: Units are older but are being fixed up. Noisy people upstairs. Only 1 pillow each. Microwave would be handy.
