Liked: Beds and bedding were fantastic. Front desk staff were amazing. Housekeeping was great.
Disliked: Small bathroom, the ac unit turned to heat if the thermostat was above 70. The air freshener in the lobby was overwhelming for my party.

Liked: The location was close to some dining and shops
Disliked: The parking was extremely high, and didn't monitor when we moved the car even though we scanned our key. The room had a broken shower and what looked to be poop rubbed in the carpet, needs major updating. Staff seemed to not care.

Liked: I appreciated the availability of the bar/ordering food. The rooms were decent enough, with clean sheets and friendly staff. Especially behind the bar.
Disliked: There was no reason for coffee or tea to cost money. There should be some sort of free option for breakfast considering the price. No microwave in the room was a shock as well.

Disliked: When I arrived there was a long queue to check in and only one receptionist on duty. Guy was doing his best but you need more staff.

Disliked: It was fairly dirty. The elevators were the only way to get to parking garage and they took too long with only one functioning. Couldn’t even take the stairs they were closed off to the garage. The room was hot even with ac. There was no microwave in the room I had to heat my daughter’s bottles in the lobby microwave they appeared to never have been cleaned. Staff spoke broken English and was very hard to communicate with. For the price we got what we paid for but expected more. Parking cost more than nearby public garages. It was overall not a pleasant stay and would not ever stay again.
