Disliked: No hot water in the room; vending machine on 40th floor didn’t work.

Disliked: the faucet dripped all night and shower was cold

Liked: Location was excellent for theater district. It felt like the entrance and exit was safe.
Disliked: My son is a legal adult and had a reservation in both our names. He is a professional dancer and travels frequently,but they would not let him check in. Thankfully I was there. The agent lied to us about NY having an age policy. That is not true.

Superb

Liked: The location is excellent, and the room is clean and comfortable. In addition, there are enough elevators and everything is with excellent functionality.
Disliked: The TV did not have chromecast and I could not access it from my cell phone.

Liked: Stuff was not perfect only one person was kind and all time Philippine nationality. He was helpful and very nice Other stuff didn’t want to help or find my questions anointing, they were passing out the question to other people and I could spend a lot of time on waiting for responses.
Disliked: Room were clean
