Liked: All you can eat breakfast! Amazing views, massive room! Fancy pool and spa area
Disliked: Too far from the shops and nightclubs/ nightlife

Relaxing stay, celebrating our 36th...

Liked: Room was nice & spacious, views were amazing. They had a great range of food to select from for breakfast. Reception staff were very accommodating, especially Erika who was very thoughtful & arranged a bottle of bubbly to be sent to our room for our 36th wedding anniversary.
Disliked: Small thing, the tap handle kept falling off in the shower. Traffic outside was very noisy, early hours of the morning

Excellent facilities with amazing view...

Liked: Lovely room with amazing view. Loved the pool and spa pool, excellect facilities, excellent service and staff. Tram across the road for easy access to anywhere we wanted to go and beach a short walk away. Exactly as advertised. Thanks for the great stay!

Liked: It was a great hotel.
Disliked: I was disappointed I was not put down for the breakfast I had already paid for and ended up not getting it. Then, on check out I was suddenly charged extra for the breakfast I didn’t get, but had already paid for. This was however resolved, but the systems in place were not good enough.

Overall it was beautiful experience.

Liked: We like the breakfast the most. Cheese omelettes. We are missing it already
Disliked: Booked in ocean view but got room on 9th floor with a little bit of ocean bit on the right side.
